CARROT CAKE BALLS

My kids are obsessed with the cake balls from Starbucks. When I showed them how easy it was to make them at home they were amazed. These are a little twist on those. An Easter version if you will. The kids love these too!

INGREDIENTS

  • CARROT CAKE MIX – You can use any carrot cake mix you like. Duncan Hines or Betty Crocker are my favorites.
  • CREAM CHEESE – This is what holds the truffles together.
  • ALMOND BARK OR VANILLA CANDY COATING – You could use white chocolate with coconut oil as well but in my experience it does not melt as well as almond bark or candy coating like Candiquik.
