FOUR INGREDIENT BEAN DIP

It’s not a secret that I love bean dip. My fellow Mesa friends with vouch for the fact that we all went to Serranos, a Mexican restaurant in our hometown, for the bean dip and the bean dip only! I may have spent all of my $4.20 an hour minimum wage earnings on that place. You may be confused because I already swore this Bean Dip was my favorite.

And then wait, yes, I have another bean dip in my cookbook. What can I say? I LOVE bean dip. It got me through my last pregnancy so I have to thank it for that. But this Four Ingredient Bean Dip is so easy! It makes its way to our table on most Taco Tuesdays because it’s just so easy and good.

I know you’re saying wait, this isn’t 4 ingredients. What’s all that stuff on top? You honestly do not need any toppings on top. We eat it without toppings 99% of the time…but if you are looking to make this a little more presentable and want to dress it up a bit feel free to add some toppings. It’s so good I even made a movie about it.
