WATERMELON SALSA RECIPE
Summer is all about BBQs and potlucks! The number one question I get asked is, “What side should I take to my BBQ?”
I know it’s not quite summer but in Florida it sure feels like it already. This watermelon salsa is a great way to switch things up. Cinco de Mayo has already passed but I can’t seem to let go of my love for Mexican food. I guess this is the most natural transition between Cinco de Mayo and summer!
I have a couple of friends that don’t like tomatoes so this salsa is perfect for them! But really, who doesn’t like tomatoes?
This recipe is so simple, anyone can make it!
HOW TO MAKE WATERMELON SALSA
Chop up some watermelon, bell pepper, jalapeno, onion, salsa, and lime and toss it all together. Add some salt to taste.
You can definitely use any color of bell pepper you want. A yellow or orange bell pepper would be great to add some color.
I usually serve this with tortilla chips but it would also be great over fish or chicken!

I think you meant to say “we’re in…” not “were in”
Thanks for the catch.
I think everything said made a great deal of sense. But, what about this?
suppose you composed a catchier title? I am not suggesting your content
is not good., but what if you added a title that makes
people desire more? I mean Watermelon Salsa is kinda boring.
You could glance at Yahoo’s home page and note how they create news titles to get people to open the links.
You might add a related video or a related picture or two to grab people interested about what
you’ve written. In my opinion, it would make
your posts a little bit more interesting.
Where’s the recipe – nothing but the picture shows up. I tried in Firefox and IE.
