BUFFALO SLOPPY JOES
This sandwich comes together in less than 20 minutes and satisfies that buffalo craving.
WHAT IS A SLOPPY JOE?
A regular sloppy joe is a ground beef sandwich with tomato sauce and spices.
WHAT KIND OF BUFFALO SAUCE SHOULD I USE?
I like Franks Buffalo sauce but any brand will work.
GROUND CHICKEN VS GROUND TURKEY
You can use either ground turkey or chicken for this dish. They both act as a blank canvas for the flavors. Ground chicken tends to be a little leaner and can be a drier flavor whereas I prefer turkey which doesn’t dry out as much in my opinion.

Do you think this would work in the crock pot if I browned the turkey beforehand?
Yes I do!
