Buffalo Sloppy Joes are a spicy twist on a traditional sloppy joe sandwich. Instead of ground beef, you can use ground chicken or turkey with a spicy sauce and topped with blue cheese or ranch dressing.

WHAT KIND OF BUFFALO SAUCE SHOULD I USE?

I like Franks Buffalo sauce but any brand will work.ground turkey with spices in a pan

GROUND CHICKEN VS GROUND TURKEY

You can use either ground turkey or chicken for this dish. They both act as a blank canvas for the flavors. Ground chicken tends to be a little leaner and can be a drier flavor whereas I prefer turkey which doesn’t dry out as much in my opinion.buffalo sloppy joes on a blue plate
