SLIDERS RECIPE

I have quite a few slider recipes on my site because I love that they’re small hand held bites of goodness.
I’ve experimented with a chicken parmesan version of a slider over the years and always ran into the same problem. Sogginess. When you have marinara on bread it will start to get soggy.
The solution? Cheese on the bottom and top of the slider to make a barrier.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN CHICKEN STRIPS AND CHICKEN TENDERS
The biggest difference is the shape. Chicken strips are made from the breast and are more rectangular in shape. Chicken tenders are made from the tenderloin and are thinner in shape.
HOW TO MAKE THESE
INSTRUCTIONS
Prepare tenders according to the package directions.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and grease a 9×13 baking dish. Slice rolls horizontally in half and place bottom half of rolls in pan.
Add half of the cheese on the bottom half of the rolls covering completely.
Layer half of the marinara sauce (1/2 cup), chicken tenders, the remaining 1/2 cup of marinara, topped with the remaining cheese.
Top with roll tops.
