BLUEBERRY BREAKFAST BAKE

This recipe is from my first cookbook. It’s a sweet breakfast recipe that could double as dessert.

INGREDIENTS

  • CANNED BISCUITS – I use Pillsbury biscuits.
  • BLUEBERRIES – I prefer fresh but you could use frozen blueberries as well. We do add a little sugar to these because they’re very tart.
  • QUICK OATS – Old fashioned oats won’t cook all the way so quick oats are the answer here.
  • BROWN SUGAR – Adds some sweetness to the savory biscuits.
  • CINNAMON
  • MELTED BUTTER – Helps cook the oats and helps the cinnamon sugar stick on the biscuits.Blueberry Biscuit Bake
