Beef and Broccoli Stir Fry

Hey guys! I know it’s been a minute. I was enjoying Christmas break with my family and taking a much needed break.

I have had kids home all day, every day which I love. I decided a long time ago that my kids come first and when I’m with them I want to be present.

I only work on my blog at night when they’re asleep. Literally every night from 8-12pm.

So as you can imagine, in December when I have a ton of projects going on the nights get later and later. I don’t think I went to bed before 1 Am the entire month of December.

Beef and Broccoli Stir Fry

I’m so happy to be back in the kitchen. The creative process is so good for my soul. So is the beach. Which I hit a couple of times during break.

You may have noticed that they aren’t that many Asian recipes on my blog. Not on purpose.

We just don’t have any good Asian food by us and my kids are pretty new to the whole idea.

My kids love this tender Beef and Broccoli Stir Fry. I would definitely say broccoli is the one vegetable that all my kids don’t complain about. Stir fry recipes are a great way to incorporate your favorite vegetables.

The sauce is a little sweet, a little savory. You can add red pepper if you like it spicy.

The one thing that can ruin any beef and broccoli stir fry recipe is when you have chewy meat. So make you you have a high quality meat and you’re good to go!
