COOKIE DOUGH CHEESE BALL RECIPE

I mean who doesn’t like a creamy cookie dough-ish ball to dip graham crackers in?

The first time I made this I had to keep swatting my kids hands away because they could not stop trying to eat it.

HOW TO MAKE A COOKIE DOUGH CHEESE BALL

ball of doughOnce you’ve made your dough let it chill for just a little bit until it’s form enough to be formed into a ball. Wrap in plastic wrap and for a few hours.

  • With an electric mixture, mix together the cream cheese, butter, and vanilla until creamy; add the powdered sugar and brown sugar until well combined. Fold in chocolate chips; cover and refrigerate about 30 minutes or until somewhat firm.
  • Shape the dough into a ball and wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate until firm. Roll in pecans before serving. Serve with graham crackers, pretzels, or Nilla wafers.

Notes

Cheese ball can be frozen up to three months. When ready to serve roll in pecans.
