In just minutes you can make a homemade graham cracker crust.

  1. The ingredients in a graham cracker crust are simple. Melted butter, sugar, and graham cracker crumbs.

  2. Mix it all together well. It will be the texture of wet sand.

  3. Press the crumb mixture into a pie pan. Pressing with your hand or the back of measuring cup.

  4. For a no-bake pie, chill the crust in the fridge for about 1 hour. For a baked pie, bake at 350 F for 8-10 minutes.

HOW DO I KNOW WHETHER TO BAKE IT OR CHILL IT?

That is personal preference. If you don’t want to turn on your oven, chill it. I like the slight toast that the crust has when it is baked.

  • Press crumbs firmly into a 9-inch pie pan using your fingers or the back of a measuring cup.
  • For a no-bake pie, chill the crust in the fridge for about 1 hour. For a baked pie, bake at 350 F in a preheated oven for 8-10 minutes. Cool then fill.
