KETO PIZZA SKILLET
I can’t get away from this Keto business. Keto recipes are being made at least three to four times in my kitchen every day by my hubby so I’ve joined the fun partly so that my kitchen doesn’t turn into a complete disaster and partly because I love cooking.
I’ve learned more than I ever want to know about Keto so here’s one of our go-to easy Keto meals that my whole family eats whether they’re doing Keto or not.
The Italian sausage gives this Pizza Skillet some kick! I promise that the riced veggies with pizza sauce are so good. There’s pepperoni and cheese – how could it not be good?
KETO NUTRITIONAL INFORMATION
If you’re doing the Keto diet, you know how important it is to know your nutritional information so that you know how many net carbs you’re consuming.
Every brand has different nutrients so if you’re not calculating your own info, you should. I usually use MyFitnessPal to tally mine up and I’ve included the brands I used for this recipe.
KETO DINNER RECIPES
I know when most people think Keto, they think tons of bacon and cheese. That can be true but this Pizza Skillet is a nice break from all of that.

Great! Here was how I did it based on what I had. Use 1 lb sausage, 10 oz riced cauliflower, 14 oz can of sauce (was tomato sauce, to which I added Italian spices, garlic, etc.), 8 oz shredded moz cheese, enough pepperoni to cover the top of this in a 12 inch, deep skillet. Otherwise, follow directions on this page, and add parm at the end. Fantastic, and the kids love it. The cheese was good, and there was plenty. A cup, or 4 oz, would have been fine if that’s what you have. Kids didn’t even know there was hidden veggies in it and both grabbed something else like carrots or an apple. 🙂
Hey , another great recipe as usual, We will be trying this one out this weekend😁..Me and my husband really enjoy your website, we use it regularly, since we’re really trying to get healthier.
Also I keep hearing about this offer, “custom keto diet” and was thinking about trying it out, along with all your delicious recipes and tips.
Here is the link( bit.ly/3kicGTj ) could you please tell me what you think???
Ps. We really appreciate everything you’ve been doing.
Keep up the good work.

This looks amazing! Making soon for sure.
This recipie is great! I’m a baby cook, but I’ve been doing keto on and off for a while. Normally my diet is just lunch meats, string cheese and eggs. Im so glad I found your recipes! Theyre super easy for me (a very baby cook) to follow correctly the first try! And it makes staying keto so much easier when i have more options! I’ve tried another of your recipes and it was also great! Thanks for this one 🙂
Thank yoU!
Another home run!! I knew I would find this delicious but I have to admit I had low hopes for my 3 kids. Happily, I was wrong! They all cleaned their plates and one of them had seconds! No one could tell it was cauliflower, even my husband. We make the tater taco casserole frequently and I was wondering if you’ve ever tried using the cauliflower tots for that? If not, you should try it and let me know how it turns out! 😉 Thanks for all your great recipes and tips!
Wait. There’s no cauliflower in this. Did you sub cauliflower?
I used the riced cauliflower for the Keto pizza skillet, as directed. I was wondering if you’ve ever tried subbing cauliflower tots for regular tots in the tater taco casserole? I haven’t but I wonder if it’d be good?
Sorry I thought you meant the Keto Pizza (totally different recipe). My bad!! I bet tots would be great but I haven’t tried it.
Looking forward to trying your recipe but have a question. In the description, in two places, it lists beef, but it’s not in the recipe.
Have you deleted it in this version? Thank you! Kathy M.
Sorry. You can use either beef or sausage for this. I prefer a sausage but some prefer beef.
Think I’ll try Keto.
Hi Christy! I have three of your recipes in my meal plan this week, and this keto pizza skillet was tonight’s selection. We loved it! Also, I made your breakfast confetti casserole (I think I’m getting that name wrong. . . ) last night, and it’s literally the best breakfast casserole I’ve ever eaten! It is so delicious! Thanks so much for all these wonderful recipes, and for all your hard work in providing them. I really appreciate it.
Amazing post, thanks for sharing this article. I am truly motivated by you for blogging.
Thanks again.
