MILLION DOLLAR DIP RECIPE
It doesn’t get any more simple than this creamy dip made with a handful of ingredients. Some people call this Neiman Marcus Dip. Either way it’s hard to stop eating.
INGREDIENTS
This easy dip recipe is made with simple ingredients.
- MAYONNAISE – This is what holds the whole dip together and gives it the creamy texture.
- FRESH GREEN ONIONS – These add the freshness and is one of the key ingredients. I like to add some on top of the dip for color.
- COOKED BACON – The perfect salty addition. I like to cook my own bacon instead of buying precooked bacon pieces.
- CHEDDAR CHEESE – This adds a bit of sharp tang. Best to use freshly shredded cheese. You can use different types of cheese. I like a sharp cheddar cheese but a Pepper Jack cheese or Colby Jack would be good.
- SLIVERED ALMONDS – These add some crunch to the dip.
STORAGE
Store in the fridge until ready to eat. For the best flavor let it chill before serving. Store leftover dip in an airtight container in the fridge.
I like to serve with Ritz crackers but you can use your favorite crackers. For a healthier option, serve with fresh vegetables like cucumber slices, carrot sticks, or celery sticks.
