Lemon Cream Pie

#1 – Lemon Pie: Not any Lemon Pie, Magnolia’s Lemon Pie from Joanna Gaines herself. It’s sweet and tart and oh so refreshing. I just left the fork in the pie pan so I could keep going back for bites.

One Pan Mexican Chicken and Rice

#2: One-Pan Mexican Chicken and Rice – This one came to me while I was running. With 5 kids I’m always looking for one-pan dinners to satisfy everyone. Less dishes, less complaining, amen.

Healthy Vegetable Soup

#3: Healthy Vegetable Chicken Soup– I’m surprised that this one was so high up the list. You guys love indulgent foods but apparently love to eat clean too!

Beef Enchilada Dip

4: Beef Enchilada Dip-Coming in at #4 is this simple easy appetizer with lots of cheese!

Crunchy Pea Salad

#5: Crunchy Pea Salad- This may be the weirdest recipe of the year. I’m not a pea fan in general but this crunchy salad stole my heart.

Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies

#6: Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies – My treat of choice is always a chocolate chip cookie. I’ve been making these for years but finally just shared them.

Mini Chicken Chimichangas
#7: Mini Chicken Chimichangas – Chimichangas are my favorite and make them mini…come to mama!

One-Pan Fajita Rice

#8: One-Pan Chicken Fajita Rice – Colorful and another one-pan dish!

Fiesta Chicken Pasta Bake

#9: Fiesta Chicken Pasta Bake –  Mexican meets Italian. This should happen more.

Unstuffed Shells Casserole

#10: Unstuffed Shells Casserole – This is a great meal to take into someone who has had a baby. I’m actually making this tonight for company!

Cinnamon Roll Breakfast Bake
Honorable Mention: Cinnamon Roll Breakfast Bake – This one was so close behind #10 that I had to include it. It’s a cinnamon roll casserole. Pretty much my breakfast dream.
