arugula

(about 8-10 cups)

shaved Parmesan
DRESSING:
1/4
cup
extra virgin olive oil
2
Tablespoons
lemon juice
1
teaspoon
Dijon mustard
1/4
teaspoon
garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste
,
(about 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/8 teaspoon pepper)
Instructions
In a large bowl, add the arugula and Parmesan.
In a small bowl, whisk together the dressing ingredients. Toss the salad with the dressing and serve.
